Decléor Perfect Sculpt Bust Beautifying Toning Gel – DISCONTINUED

Retailing at £35.00 for just 50ml, the Decléor Paris Perfect Sculpt Bust Beautifying Toning Gel is on the pricier side of bust creams, but hardcore Decléor fans won’t be disappointed with this rich gel.

Stylishly packaged, the solid glass bottle has a gold collar to the pump action, and a smart matt feel. The glamour continues as the pearlised product inside has a rich peachy colour with a light pink sheen. When you rub it in, the décolleté is left with a sexy shimmer.

The citrus smell is warm and pleasing, rather than zingy and overwhelming, and proves a nice way to start the day. Two or three pumps are needed for average-sized breasts, so the gel doesn’t last much more than a month with daily use. Being a gel rather than a cream, it is a little sticky and you need to wash it off your hands, but it still absorbs well and you can dress within a few minutes of application.

Billed as a “toning and firming gel”, it combines a unique cocktail of eight essential oils and the Phyto-Firm Complex, to help strengthen and rebuild the collagen naturally present in skin to give an on-going “resculpting” effect. As well as the subtle shine to my chest, the skin undoubtedly feels nourished, smooth and in very good condition. I would add that the appearance of old stretch marks seems reduced, which is an added bonus not promoted in the advertising.

Overall, it smells nice, looks good, feels fine and seems to do what it claims; the only downside is that one small bottle lasts little more than a month, so it is not particularly good value. If you’ve got the money, splash out and indulge yourself.

Verdict: This toning gel smells nice, looks good, and feels fine – what’s more, it seems to do what it claims. It might not be the best value out there, but it’s certainly a quality product if you’ve got the money.
